Who knew Easter lasts for months at Hong Kong and Tokyo Disneylands

Star Wars Easter Eggs - Hong Kong

Who would have thought that Easter celebrations last for months in Disneyland! In Australia supplies of Easter Eggs/Easter paraphernalia pretty much are gone from shops a week or so after Easter.  In 2017, Tokyo Disneyland celebrates Easter from April 2nd until June 23rd. Hong Kong is similar, March 16th until May 28th 2017. The strange thing is, Easter is not commonly celebrated at all in Hong Kong and Japan. However, in Disneyland it is celebrated big time and the locals definitely enjoy it.

We discovered there’s Easter eggs in all sorts of fun Disney themes and my daughter A.J is credited in taking all these cute photos of what we found scattered around the parks. The displays are not edible, just fun displays. I particularly like the Star Wars ones and the Cheshire cat!
